Some pieces of ours have a clearer story of their beginnings, but some pieces remain mysterious even for us, coming to existence from a need to create. Such is the case with the eye chairs, reflecting more of a mute dialog between the hand and the creator.

The two chairs, left and right eye, are made out of our stockpile of Japanese Sophora. The shape of the chair seat might not look like it would be too comfortable, but to quote Ulla: "This is the most enjoyable and comfortable chair one can sit on, especially for people who struggle to sit in one position and chair for a long time."
Ulla has that problem.
