The star croc is part of the crocodile series, that we started making originally to reuse the odd shapes and offcuts of our wood storage. By now it has grown into its own collection with unique characters, some inspired by the wood we use, some personifing stories we create together with our pieces. This piece gave us a lot of headache to figure out its finish and has gone through multiple rebuilds and cosmetic changes until finally it showed its true form, a dark polished walnut stool that reflects its surroundings with its near mirror like finish.
